RETURNS OR EXCHANGES

1. Refund application time limit
If you are not satisfied with the product you purchased, you can apply for a refund within 14 days after receiving the product.

Return: Please send the product back to our designated return address. The return shipping cost is borne by the customer. It is recommended to use a logistics service with tracking to ensure the safe delivery of the item.
4. Refund Method
Once we receive the returned product and confirm its status, the refund will be processed through your original payment method. Generally, the refund will be credited within 2 business days, depending on the processing speed of your bank.
